Pricing
- Spring (from March 10th to June 20th, 2024) :
- $160 / night
- Summer (from June 21st to September 8th, 2024):
- $180 / night
- Fall (from September 9th to December 21st, 2024):
- $180 / night on Friday-Saturday
- $150 / night during the week
- Christmas 2024 (from December 22nd, 2024 to January 5th, 2025):
- $330 / night, group fee not applicable
- Minimum 3 nights.
- Winter (from January 6th to February 20th, 2025) :
- $240 / night on Friday-Saturday
- $180 / night during the week
- Spring Break (from February 21st to March 12th, 2025) :
- $320 / night, group fee not applicable
Terms
- Minimum 2 nights unless otherwise specified there above.
- Add a "group" fee of $60 / night if you're more than 4 people.
- For each reservation, add $ 140 of cleaning fee.
- All rates are in Canadian dollars. All taxes are included in the price.
- Special price for long term available on request.

Reservation policies
- At the time of booking, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required.
- Full payment must be received 20 days before your arrival and will not be refundable.
- A refundable security deposit of $ 500 may be required.
- You must be 21 years of age and over and be present during the stay to rent.
- The maximum number of 8 people must be respected at all times.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
